You can submit privacy questions and requests through the contact form on this website.

When you submit the contact form, Elien receives the details you choose to enter: your name, email address, learning goal and any additional message.

Cloudflare emails your enquiry to Elien and to Jonathan, who helps her manage the website and enquiries.

Cloudflare also processes technical details, such as your IP address and submission time, to secure the website and limit misuse of the form.

Elien uses your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introductory chat and, if you choose to continue, organise lessons. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

If you become a learner, some information may also be needed for scheduling, administration, invoicing and legal obligations.

Elien does not use or share your enquiry for advertising purposes, and she never sells your personal information. Cloudflare and the recipients’ email services process the information to secure the website and deliver your enquiry.

Jonathan receives a copy to help Elien follow up on enquiries. Both recipients use your information only for your enquiry and the related administration.

Elien removes an enquiry that does not lead to lessons from her own records no later than twelve months after the last contact. If you become a learner, administrative or invoicing information is kept as long as needed for the service and applicable legal retention duties.

The website does not store enquiries in a separate database. Email copies held by Elien and Jonathan follow the same retention period for enquiries.

You can ask for earlier deletion at any time. Elien will delete any information that is no longer needed and that she is not legally required to retain.

This website currently uses no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. The hosting service may process strictly necessary technical logs to keep the website secure and available.

This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to its processing where the GDPR gives you those rights. Use the contact form on this website to make a request.
